Oceanic Bank International is one of the largest commercial banks in Nigeria and in 2009 opened its first subsidiary office in the UK with the aim of capitalizing on the potential in the London market.

A prestigious site in Basinghall St. was selected and DRC were appointed to fully design and manage the space for the banking operation and all the associated back office support.

Case Study
The challenge was to reflect the strong brand of Oceanic Bank in a new market, creating space that can support them as they grow. The use of bespoke materials, lighting and intelligent partitioning ensure that visitors are welcomed into a space which reflects the values of Oceanic Bank International.

- M+E consultancy and design of all electrical systems in addition to a complete revision of existing A/C systemDesign and provision of both  glazed and solid partitioning and doors

- Provision of security and access control system incorporating biometric readers and CCTV
- Design and installation of bespoke board room and reception furniture
- Manufacture and install of bespoke dealing desks
- Procurement and installation of high end back office furniture
- Design and implementation of tea point and breakout space
