Case Study
Dealing Room Construction were selected to create Hobart’s trading environment in Grosvenor Gardens. This project was aimed at creating a clean, light and airy trading environment to reflect the vibrant and contemporary personality of the company's owner.
Such was the success that DRC were appointed by the building owners to completely redesign the reception and common areas of all 6 floors within the building. This included full project management of the implementation of the new designs.

- M+E consultancy and design of all electrical systems in addition to supplementary A/C system
- Design and provision of both glazed and solid partitioning and doors
- Carpets and specialist floor finishes
- Voice and data installation
- Provision of security and access control systems
- Design and installation of bespoke reception furniture
- Manufacture and install of bespoke dealing desks with articulated flat screen arm system
