Dawnay Day is a privately owned financial services group. Founded in 1928 the group is based in London, employs 1,000 staff and owns gross assets of more than $4bn. It has offices in Europe, the Middle East, India, the US, and Australia.
Case Study
Dawnay Day engaged DRC to undertake a complete design and fit out of their new corporate headquarters in Victoria, London.
The building selected was to house Dawnay Day as well as some tenants and as such the challenge was to create space that represented the client, whilst also remaining sufficiently neutral to attract the necessary tenants.
Scope of Works
° Space planning and interior design consultancy
° Technology consultancy for both voice and data systems
° Project management
° M+E consultancy and design of all electrical systems in addition to a complete revision of existing A/C system.
° Design and provision of both glazed and solid partitioning and doors.
° Carpets and specialist floor finishes.
° Feature ceilings and lighting.
° Voice and data installation.
° Provision of security and access control system incorporating biometric readers and CCTV
° Design and implementation of tea points.
° Design and build of all lifts and stairwells.
