Client Details
Infinity Capital are the European business of First New York Securities LLC, one of the leading proprietary trading firms in the United States.
They provide an environment in which traders can fulfill their trading goals without the usual internal distractions which prevail in the Investment Bank and Hedge Fund world. Infinity Capital Markets was set up and is run by traders; and understand the facilities needed to operate a leading financial services company in challenging times.
Case Study
As part of their ongoing success, Infinity Capital Markets were seeking to expand their operation which led to them taking on additional space to accommodate 6,000 sq ft of new trading operation and retaining DRC to undertake the complete design and construction of this new space. A complete new electrical and data infrastructure was installed and had to be linked into their existing network in a seamless manner so as not to disrupt any ongoing trading. Scope of Works
- Space planning and interior design consultancy
- Technology consultancy for both voice and data systems
- Project management
- Comms room design and build including UPS services, Inergen fire suppression system, leak/moisture detection
- M+E consultancy and design of all electrical systems in addition to a complete revision of existing A/C systemDesign and provision of both glazed and solid partitioning and doors
- Carpets and specialist floor finishes
- Voice and data installation
- Provision of security and access control system
- Manufacture and install of bespoke dealing desks
- Design and implementation of tea point and breakout space
